Weddings & Celebrations

Weddings

Unforgettable weddings are a specialty of the Inn.  Our experienced staff has created the perfect setting for many couples, in which to begin a new life together.  Your family and friends will be transported out of the ordinary as they relax, enjoy extraordinary cuisine, and dance under romantic tents in our enchanting courtyards.  Surrounded by billows of dreamy fabric and cascades of fragrant flowers, candles cast an inviting glow onto stone walls, trickling fountains, and joyful faces. The Inn of the Five Graces is the ideal place for unique weddings with memories to last a lifetime.

Leap to Elopement

After many requests from guests, who wanted to be married in the shaded courtyards of our picturesque Santa Fe hotel, we developed packages for couples desiring a private, intimate marriage.  We offer the spontaneous romance of an elopement with all the beauty of a carefully planned wedding. Our elopement packages include a three-night stay, ordained minister services, ceremony location set-up with Persian rugs and candles, the bridal bouquet, boutonniere, two arrangements & rose petals at turn-down. Packages start at $2,950; wedding brochures are available upon request. Couples may choose from the following ceremony options:

Native American Tradition
The blanket ritual is a beloved feature of Native American culture: a blue blanket is wrapped around the shoulders of each partner, symbolizing the separateness of their past lives. After their marriage has been blessed, they are draped together with a traditional Chief’s blanket to signify their happy union. We will have your ceremonial blanket sent to you once you have returned home as a married couple. Please note that there is an additional $400 charge for this ceremony.

Unity Candle Ceremony
The Unity Ceremony symbolizes a pledge between each partner to the other, merging the light of the individual into a unified soul. Each partner holds a separately lit candle, with which they together set flame to a uniting candle.

Rituals of Buddhist Traditions
A simple ceremony, rooted in centuries-old Buddhist tradition, begins by purifying the space with Tibetan incense. The symbolic ringing of a hand-hammered, bronze Tibetan singing bowl starts the ceremony.  Following the reading of the vows, the couple exchanges silk khatas, ceremonial scarves symbolizing goodwill, auspiciousness, and compassion.
