Dining in Santa Fe

Five Graces Dining

Breakfast at The Five Graces

Begin the day’s adventures with an energizing complimentary breakfast, made to order and served in the privacy of your suite, the dining room, or in the tree-shaded, stone-floored courtyard. Savor authentic New Mexican creations, featuring traditional red or green chile. Homemade granola, fresh fruit, artisan bread, and locally roasted coffee complement the main dishes. In winter the dining room glows with the warmth of a kiva fireplace, and in summer large french doors open to the sound of a flowing fountain and birds singing in the courtyard.

A concierge specialist is available 24-hours a day to assist you with all your reservations or culinary suggestions.

315 Restaurant & Wine Bar

Adjacent to The Five Graces is the 315 Restaurant & Wine Bar, offering guests the choice to dine-in at the restaurant or enjoy the meal in the comfort of their own room. 315 has been home to Chef Louis Moskow since 1995. It is an elegant, intimate restaurant serving classically prepared French cuisine complemented by Moskow’s seasonally-driven global wine list.

Moskow’s cuisine, classically prepared with time-honored techniques, is given a contemporary twist as a result of his commitment to using only the freshest meats, produce, dairy products, herbs and spices. His interpretations are evident in such updated classics as squash-blossom beignets and beautifully prepared soft shell crabs. Fresh local lamb also makes a regular appearance on this impressive menu. Each and every day, Moskow offers inventive dishes, determined solely by the best the market has to offer.

Room service from the restaurant is available to hotel guests during restaurant hours.
