The Inn of The Five Graces is honored to bring The Pink Adobe into our family as our signature restaurant. The iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its vibrant and fun atmosphere and sophisticated New Mexican Cajun since 1944. This rich history meets an inspired culinary experience with farm sourced ingredients, fine spirits, and wines collection, and Relais & Chateaux standards. Located through a ‘secret passage’ off the Inn’s main courtyard The Pink Adobe recently added a Seret designed Private Dining Room to accommodate large parties and group gatherings.

Open seven days a week, Bar Analco offers a delightful range of options, from beer and wine to expertly crafted cocktails and top-shelf spirits. Explore our prized collection of Mezcales and Tequilas with a tasting flight, and pair it with a selection of delectable small bites.
