Nestled in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, the warm and inviting Pink Adobe Restaurant has been a gathering places for locals and visitors alike since 1944. Savor inspired cuisine that reflects a dialogue between New Mexico identity and local produce, as well as flavors and traditions from various regions in Mexico. You’ll find familiar favorites and iconic dishes along side innovative culinary creations crafted by celebrated Chef Mario Espinosa.

The Inn of The Five Graces is honored to bring The Pink Adobe into our family as our signature restaurant. The iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its vibrant and fun atmosphere and sophisticated cuisine since 1944. This rich history meets an inspired culinary experience with farm sourced ingredients, fine spirits and wines collection, and five star Relais & Chateaux standards. Located through a ‘secret passage’ off the Inn’s main courtyard, The Pink Adobe recently added a Seret designed Private Dining Room to accommodate large parties and group gatherings.

Open Tuesday – Sunday 5:00 – 9:00pm. Reservations Required.

Begin the day’s adventures with an energizing complimentary breakfast, made to order and served in the privacy of your suite, the dining room, or in the tree-shaded, stone-floored courtyard. Savor authentic New Mexican creations, featuring traditional red or green chile, considered some of the best in the state, along with our homemade granola, fresh fruit, artisan bread, and locally roasted coffee. In winter, the dining room glows with the warmth of a kiva fireplace, and in summer, large French doors open to the sound of a flowing fountain and birds singing in the courtyard.

A hidden nest where the history and magic of Sante Fe intertwine, The Dragon Room has witnessed countless stories from cowboys, travelers, artists, and politicians. Even Robert Redford and Georgia O’Keefe were regulars in their day, drawn to the captivating ambiance that envelops our guests. Adorned with old oak beams and vibrant art, our atmosphere, casual sharing menu, and handcrafted cocktails, are all designed to ignite your senses and spark your imagination.

Pair your meal with our thoughtful selections of wines, signature margaritas or other craft cocktails.

We had a wonderful evening at the Pink Adobe. The staff was attentive and friendly and the food spectacular. We had the classic onion soup, stuffed poblano, enchiladas, and tres hermanas — all perfectly seasoned and delicious. And we topped it off with a birthday slice of tres leches cake.
