Here at the Spa of The Five Graces, we honor this lineage, as a living tradition, by offering our guests a direct experience of this practice in its undiluted form. For this private mindfulness meditation instruction in Tibetan Buddhist tradition you will be introduced to Himalayan notions of mind, meditation, its benefits. This is a great way to ‘learn to meditate’ or find support in deepening your existing practice.
